Worship
Worship at Oak Grove includes all ages and attempts to blend dignity and
vitality. Our order of service is based on the Presbyterian Book of
Common Worship (1993) and emphasizes the sacraments as well as the
sermon. Congregational and choral singing is accompanied by a variety of
instruments and includes both traditional and contemporary hymns. To
encourage the presence and participation of children, we make available
"worship bags" filled with learning activities for our youngest
worshippers and also set aside a special time in the service for a story
or conversation specifically with them. Professional child care is
available during every worship service in our well-equipped nursery for
any infants or toddlers who are unable to remain in the sanctuary.

In the past we have offered text versions of previous sermons on the web.
If
there is enough interest we would like to add to that and bring you audio
clips
of sermons. Though the entire worship service will NOT be provided (we'd
rather
you be there in person), we will provide the sermon in case you missed
it.
